Not your experience in life? Not sure if there even is a God? Sometimes all we can cry is 'Oh, God, please help me!' because there is absolutely nothing left. This is a good prayer because it is when we are at the utter end of ourselves and then ask Him to get involved in our lives, that He has a wonderful way of doing it in a way that you will know is Him. So why not ask Him and see what happens?
